Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 4 July 2026

Infrapro (SL) Limited ("Infrapro", "we", "us", or "our") respects the privacy of visitors, clients, prospective clients, partners, and users who interact with our website, services, and digital products.

This Privacy Policy explains how we may collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you visit our website, contact us, request a consultation, submit a FieldIntel demo request, or otherwise interact with Infrapro.

This policy is intended for general transparency and should be reviewed alongside any specific contract, proposal, service agreement, data processing agreement, or FieldIntel subscription terms that may apply to a particular engagement.

1. Who We Are

Infrapro (SL) Limited is a project management and delivery-intelligence company, providing project management, monitoring and evaluation, technical assurance, reporting, and decision-intelligence services, with particular depth in infrastructure and development programmes. FieldIntel is a digital product by Infrapro that supports structured field reporting, evidence classification, dashboards, and site intelligence reporting.

2. Information We May Collect

We may collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

  • name;
  • organisation name;
  • role or job title;
  • email address;
  • phone or WhatsApp number;
  • project location;
  • service interest;
  • FieldIntel tier interest;
  • number of projects or sites;
  • current reporting method;
  • project description or enquiry details;
  • preferred method of follow-up.

Where FieldIntel or related project monitoring services are used, additional information may be collected depending on the agreed service scope, including:

  • site or project names;
  • field updates;
  • photos submitted for reporting purposes;
  • issue and risk descriptions;
  • progress observations;
  • evidence records;
  • report metadata;
  • user role and access details;
  • timestamps generated by the system;
  • communication and workflow records.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the public website. Users should avoid submitting confidential, private, or sensitive information through general contact forms unless specifically requested under an agreed engagement.

3. How We Use Information

We may use collected information to:

  • respond to enquiries;
  • schedule consultations or demonstrations;
  • understand client needs;
  • provide project management, monitoring, M&E, reporting, advisory, or FieldIntel-related services;
  • prepare proposals, briefs, reports, or follow-up communications;
  • manage user access where a digital product or portal is used;
  • improve website content, user experience, and service delivery;
  • maintain internal records;
  • support security, auditability, and service administration;
  • comply with applicable legal, contractual, or regulatory requirements.

4. FieldIntel Data and Evidence

FieldIntel may support structured field reporting, evidence classification, issue tracking, dashboards, and Site Intelligence Briefs.

Where FieldIntel is used, different types of project information may be labelled differently, including verified observations, photo-backed reports, self-reported updates, claim-only information, and flagged information.

A "Verified by Infrapro" badge should only be applied where an accredited Infrapro field officer physically observes the reported site condition. Self-reported updates, contractor claims, and photo submissions are useful, but they are labelled separately and are not treated as independent verification.

5. AI-Assisted Processing

Some Infrapro or FieldIntel workflows may use AI-assisted tools to help structure information, check completeness, format summaries, or prepare draft reporting outputs.

AI assistance does not replace professional judgement, field observation, technical review, or independent verification. AI should not be treated as a witness to field conditions and should not be relied on as independently confirming facts that have not been observed, submitted, reviewed, or verified through the applicable process.

6. How We Store and Protect Information

We aim to use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

These safeguards may include controlled access, role-based permissions, secure hosting providers, database security settings, audit records, and internal access controls.

No website, digital platform, email system, or internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users submit information at their own risk, subject to applicable agreements and safeguards.

7. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information where necessary with:

  • authorised Infrapro personnel;
  • service providers supporting website hosting, data storage, communication, automation, analytics, or product delivery;
  • professional advisers where required;
  • clients or project stakeholders where this is part of an agreed service;
  • regulators, public authorities, or legal bodies where required by applicable law;
  • other parties with consent or as required under a contract.

Where third-party providers are used, they may process information according to their own terms, privacy policies, and security standards.

8. Cookies and Analytics

Our website may use cookies, analytics tools, or similar technologies to understand website performance, user behaviour, traffic sources, and general engagement.

Users may be able to adjust cookie settings through their browser. Disabling cookies may affect website functionality.

9. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to enquiries, managing client relationships, providing services, maintaining records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal, contractual, or operational requirements.

  • access to information we hold about you;
  • correction of inaccurate information;
  • deletion of certain information;
