Verification is carried out by InfraPro's own accredited officers who physically attend the site. Officers are independent of the implementing party — the organisation being monitored never controls the tool, and never edits the record. Our field verification practice underpins this.
Every data point carries its evidence grade.
This is the part most monitoring arrangements miss. In FieldIntel, every piece of field data is permanently marked by how it was captured: Verified (recorded on site by an accredited InfraPro officer during a physical visit), Photo-backed (reported from the field with photographic evidence), or Claim-only (a claim without supporting evidence). The grade is fixed at the moment of capture and can never be edited afterwards — not by the reporter, not by the client, not by us. A funder reading a FieldIntel report always knows exactly how much weight each statement can bear.

Third-party monitoring (TPM) is independent oversight of a project by a party with no role in its implementation. The monitor visits sites, gathers evidence and reports findings directly to the funder or oversight body, providing a line of sight that self-reporting cannot.
